Our restaurant looks out over the poolside and offers local dishes without even having to leave the site. We are lucky to live in an area rich with culinary exigence including biologically cured meats from Alta Valmarecchia antique grains from our fields and wines from the hills of the Riviera. We offer all these things to our guests which represent the best gastronomical traditions from Marche Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany. Our pasta is all homemade and our meat cooked on hot coals. Each day aperitifs are served in the pool bar \u201cIl Freschito\u201d using recycled materials, also a large selection from the best distilleries in the world.
